Yesterday as I reformatted my hard drive for my Vista laptop I began installing programs that I truly like. I have always and at one time I was praising this little "browser that could", TheWorld Browser {http://www.ioage.com} a while back. I mention how small and fast it was but then yesterday as I was installing it my AVG antivirus software popped up and declared it was a trojan horse {Backdoor.Win32.Hupigon.bajz} At first I was going to sound the alarms and put out a post advising not to install this program. I was feeling kind of down because I had recommended this browser but then after further researching I found this explaination on their {} website...
"The explanation for false alarms from security software
We have received reports from our members since yesterday, claiming that some security software (such as Avira Antivir, Kaspersky Anti-Virus and Filseclab) deleted TheWorld Spring and TheWorld 2.1 Final as Trojan (Backdoor.Win32.Hupigon.bajz) by mistake.
After contacting the official support and engineers from Kaspersky Anti-Virus, we solved this problem with a database update.
However, at the present time still some users report that Avira Antivir, Filseclab and F-Secure have misreported TheWorld Spring and 2.1 Final as Trojan. This phenomenon may result from such security software’s reference to the virus base of Kaspersky.
We think that with the update of the virus base false alarms will be solved.
Please believe that TheWorld Browser is a safe and clean product without any virus or Trojan inside!
Best wishes!
Regards
Phoenix Studio"
Even though Kaspersky Anti-Virus did not detect it AVG Anti-Virus marked it as a trojan horse. I will keep you all abreast throughout the day. On this.

They advised the problem has been resolved but if you wish to wait a day or two to install that's okay as well because it is better to be safe than sorry.

devotion from rbc ministries
This
is a very "on point" devotion because it makes you realize that if you
came to the Lord at a very young age you are truly blessed. Now
allowing Jesus Christ into your heart at any age is a wonderful thing
because you realize that what you thought you were missing out in the
world you were not, who you thought were your friends really was not.
Sometimes coming to the Lord at a later age has benefits because sometime when you look "seasoned" people tend to respect what you say quicker than someone that is young; but let me tell you the reason for coming to the Lord at a young age.
First, you realize that what you to yourself and to others have consequences...you learn to respect authority at a very young age. It's amazing what I see when it comes to some young people. Last month I was taking pictures outside our apartment when three young children spotted me. They ran me down and ask me if took a picture of their sign they made on the frozen pond behind our apartment. When I went back and saw what it said, {F*** U}, I turned to them and said, "I can't take a picture of that". Young boy just shrugged his shoulders and went back to what he was doing like "oh well, your loss." As I told my beautiful wife about this she said some key points,
- He should have be ashamed to do participated in that activity in the first place.
- He should have been ashamed to even approach a grown person to begin with
- You should have said to him, "where do you live?"
Everything
she said was on the money. I wasn't a saint growing up but there was
some things you just did not do in front of adults whether if you were
saved or not. You did not use profanity in front of grown-ups, you
addressed them by "Mister, Misses, Ms." and "Ma'am" and "Sir"
Another plus of coming to the Lord at a very young age is you love yourself, you see that life is not fair, you develop patience, you always strive to do your best in everything you do and most important when you get older you will not have many, "Shoulda, Woulda, Coulda" moments. What are those?
Those are past regrets. This is something that Satan uses on people, Christians and non-Christians alike. God has forgiving us of our sins when you accept Christ Jesus as your Lord and Savior...no doubt about it. But every so often we allow our past to hold us prisoner every now and then in some area in our lives. I am guilty of this as well. I think about if I had listened about not having sex before marriage because I have had to many "close calls" worrying if I was going to become a parent (especially since I never wanted children, is that dumb or what...that is how children come about...through sex); if I had listened about not "shackin' up"...for me, I wasted so much time, money because living together is not the best of both worlds, it's the worst of both worlds. On one hand you are not married to that person but on the other hand you do not want to walk away and to be honest what's the ol' saying..."Why buy milk when you got the cow at home."
When coming to God early in life many times you save yourself a lot of headaches and most important you learn that God is not trying you stop from "having fun" he's trying to save you from "unnecessary heartache". We already live in a fallen world so why add unnecessary hurt to it in the process?

TECH TIPS ON ORGANIZING YOUR DESKTOP:
- make copies of your icons of your desktop
- make folders for different applications and group them today(ie I have my office icons apps, security/utilities icons, music apps, in different folders)
- you can place the folders either in your "My Document" folders, leave them on your desktop or place them on in your task bar
- another tip is to take the folders off of your desktop by:
right click------->go to arrange Icons by------->scroll down to Show Desktop Icons------->uncheck(this will take the icons off of your desktop
and then:
go to taskbar------->right click on taskbar------->scroll up to Toolbars------>click Desktop to activate
This will put the Desktop in your taskbar and when you click on the ">>"your desktop icons pop up in there. I like this function because no icon are on my desktop and it keeps it clutter free. ^_^
For at work if you find yourself using network templates(especially the ones with fields) frequently within your company copy and paste the templates in a new folders, label them and that way you can set them the way to your liking. ^_~
if you use a program like RightFax more than printing copies set that as your default printer that saves you time because you do not have to choose that program every time when it comes to work productivity
learn keyboard shortcuts

Tech Tip: Converting Cassettes/LP to mp3 format(Part II)
2 ways to move audio to computer
1) from your stereo rack system connecting wires(out or play) ports to the line in jack to your computer
2) connect mini stereo cable in the headphone jack from your recording source to your computer line in jack
*check the recording volume level to avoid "clipping"
*if
you can afford it, get a hold of a commercial audio capturing software
(i.e. Roxio, Nero) so you can clean up the audio(reduce the hissing,
popping sound you may get from playback) Audacity has this capability
as well. I use an older version of Roxio because the software has Auto
track locator...pretty cool little tool to have). Others may have this
in their software but I'm spoiled with Roxio 6
*save file in WAV first then convert WAV to mp3(save from 128kps to 192kps)
*for audio books when converting to mp3 save it 64kps or even 32kps (some audible.com books are saved using this size.) And save it in MONO!! it will make the file smaller. ^_^

Apple retail preps for iPhone, 17-inch PBG4 defect, EU deadline
The June 29th launch of the iPhone will require far more work for employees at Apple's growing retail chain, according to new information obtained by ifo Apple Store.
Most retail additions involve
clearing space for new demo units and familiarization training for the
staff. But the iPhone, according to sources, will demand a far greater
level of effort than the company's retail branch has known to date.
Apple's policy of enabling every product feature is said to be carrying
over to its first cellphone, demanding that each US store be laced with
cellular signal repeaters to preserve phone call quality.>>>more

Finding God In The Darkness>>>more
devotion from our daily bread
Many people come to Christ Jesus in different situation. I came to him in the autumn of 1999. I had been living with a young lady and we had been dating off and on for about 7 years. It had come to a point where I was tired. Tired of missing God's best for me, knowing what I really wanted for my life and knowing now if I were to be single all of my life that would have been okay with me, I was just tired. That is my "finding God in the darkness" experience.
I have a friend that came to the Lord while she was a drug dealer. She's young, very beautiful but just got tired of the life style. She was getting everything material wise, the clothes, the money, the cars but still was wandering in darkness. She told me one day she was at home, knelt down in the middle her living cried out to Him to show himself, she said she wept like a baby for hours and in that God came into her life began a new chapter in her life.
I am not saying once you allow God to become the Lord of your life that you can walk around with rose colored glasses but what I am saying that the pressures of life are much easier to bear because you do not feel like you are at your wit's end. When you begin your day with the Lord by reading His Word, praying and giving Him thanks for another day you and I begin to put things into perspective. Each morning before my feet hit the floor I ask Him, "Lord, what is Your will for me today?"
God is here for you each and everyday because He knows since the fall of man we will encounter obstacles in our lives and He does not want our lives to be stressed to a point where we do not know where to turn. I don't know about you but to know they is an instruction book for my life is a true blessings because more and more our lives our becoming more hectic with the pressures of life telling us that it's okay to take short cuts, if you hurt someone on the way toward your goal is their fault for being weak is so prevalent now. This past week I say on our local news a book called, "The 48 Laws of Power" and it basically tells you to do whatever it takes to get to the top without having any remorse and if you wish to take that route I always try and keep in mind that no matter what their are always consequences for my actions. Do I want blessings to overtake me or do wish to live with the constant "looking over my shoulder"...I choose the former.
Many people think that Christ Jesus teach people to be door mats and that is further from the truth. Read a chapter of Proverbs each day. Read the sermon on the mount (Matthew chapters 5 thru 7) and then read Matthew chapter 10. I am finding more and this inspired word of God has all the answers for me. I'm I saying not to read anything else...of course not, the apostle Paul read the scriptures and many other material but the word of God was his compass, this is what kept him balanced and kept him walking in the light.
Walking in the light(living by God's word) keeps me focus, keeps me balance, keeps me moving forward in life because even I am passing through the darkness, it is what is...passing "through the darkness" and not wallowing in the darkness.
