These podcasts I find myself coming back time and time again, laid back, relaxing podcast. I guess this past week has been long one and I was hoping to publish this podcast last week but time got away from me. This podcast was a little long for me as well (close to 90 minutes). I'm going to get back to having just an hour a little over.>>>[more]
First and foremost I want to give a big shout out to my brother Macedonia for getting me straight when it comes to me doing my podcast shows. I have been feeling, well, sorry for myself and my brother in podcasting made me snap out of it and made me realize why I do what I do so thanx so much bruh.

What's
going on people? Seems like I have been away for about 2 months but
it's only been 2 weeks. I had my last class for the spring and now it's
time for me to just relax (just for a minute at least). It's amazing
how sometimes you lose your way in reference to who you are, and why do
one begin projects in the first place.
This past week I have begun listening to my past podcast shows to see how I have improved, what can I do better, what to change, what to leave alone and I have come to the conclusion that the reason why I began this music internet show was to share my different taste in music. It's funny how growing up I knew sometime down the road I would be able to share the music I enjoyed in the order I wanted, I didn't know how this was going to happen but I knew this is what I wanted to do. My very first podcast really reflected that but by the time I recorded "MyLoveForMusic: 19 April episode" I think I allowed myself to slip on that recording but I think when I recorded "MyLoveForMusicExtra:Twilight" I redeemed myself.
This episode is just me "relaxing" and getting my feel again in this wonderful world of podcasting. I have to give a big shout out to Fave, Macedonia, Doug Fresh for making me realize that the best way to put out great shows is to sometimes review your work, don't take yourself too serious, and most important, always, ALWAYS be true to yourself.

This is what I have finally come up with for my music. I will upload music every Tuesday from my library for you, my Vox Family. :) So, enough said...let's get started
I have followed Don Henley since the Eagles days. This song came out in early 80s I I think it fits now in this day and time.
I first heard Story while a stocker at Ann Taylor...actually that's how I came across so many of the Jazz/World music I listen to today. Grace in Gravity, I love the harmony, the acoustic arrangement, the fretless bass arrangement in this track.
Stephen Bishop..this song, 'On and On' is a lost love song. Coming up as kid I was a hopeless romantic. I think I had a crush every other month which it always ended in heartbreak. This song is one of my favorite because to me even simple lyrics with a nice arrangement brings a smile to my face.
Earl Klugh has to be one of most talented acoustic guitarist around at this time. This album is a 'must have' for your library. Another song, 'Private Affair' is a gem.
Oleta Adams' 'Rhythm Of Life' is a classic to me. Not too many female vocalist I follow now. I know there are out there but this lady to me has substance. :-)
I remember first hearing of this young lady when she was a duo, The Story. I really like her voice because of her harmony and the way she tells a story through song and I love acoustic guitars, acoustic bass, simple percussions in some songs...this is one to me.
